YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES - EXCITING AND CHALLENGING

  • You will work with our sales team in the acquisition of potential key customers and thus lay the foundation for a successful partnership
  • You will guide our customers throughout the entire customer lifecycle and build a long-term, strategic and emphatic customer relationship through close cooperation
  • You will engage with our customers on strategic projects such as the introduction of new products, ERP systems and packaging
  • You will support our customers in the implementation of our software and new product features
  • You are the customer voice in our organization to improve products, processes and strategy in the long run

YOUR PROFILE - INDEPENDENT AND WELL-STRUCTURED

  • You have gained 2-3 years of professional experience in consulting, key account management, customer success, relationship management or a similar function - ideally in the B2B software environment with e-commerce/logistics relevance
  • You are able to use your time and resources effectively in day-to-day operations, while not losing sight of the overall portfolio of your customers
  • You characterize yourself as "hands-on", proactive, committed, structured and goal-oriented
  • Your excellent analytical and strategic thinking allows you to adapt quickly to a fast-pace environment and complex customer needs
  • You are a true communication talent with very good German (C2) and English skills
